1. What is this Privacy Policy?

Jelix Ventures Management Company Pty Limited ACN 613 582 773 of Level 3, 223 Liverpool Street Darlinghurst NSW 2010 (we, us and our) operate a website at (the Website) which  includes information about Jelix and its past investments and provides prospective qualified investors an option to register for a newsletter that contains investment offers from early stage technology companies (Issuer) from Jelix. .
  2. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information we collect from you when you use the Website.
  3. We may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will display a notice on the Website indicating when any such revisions have been made. This Privacy Policy was last updated on August 2022.
  4. Unless you notify us otherwise, we will assume that you have consented to the collection of all information which is provided to us for use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
